FALL CLEANUP: This year's Fall Clean up is coming and as soon as ithe date and time are established the Office will be sending out a notice.
GARBAGE & RECYCLING:
Providing an efficient, environmentally responsible waste program starts with you. The primary step is a simple one; sort it out before it reaches the curb! Garbage and recycling are collected on different weeks. If your garbage is picked up one week, your recycling is picked up the following week. Please refer to our calendar for more information. Or click here for a PDF version of the pick-up schedule.

Hazardous Waste Be Smart!
SMOKE ALARMS & CO DETECTORS:
Please ensure that both your Smoke Alarms and CO Detectors (Carbon Monoxide Detectors) are working properly. They are required in every unit and must in good working order at ALL times. Carbon monoxide is a colourless, odourless gas that reduces the amount of oxygen in the blood. Low levels over long periods of time are dangerous, and high levels can cause unconsciousness and death. NOTICE:
Do NOT do electrical work yourself. We encourage members to ‘Do it Yourself’ to save the costs in minor repairs. However, this does NOT include things such as changing the electrical wiring system in your unit in any way. This includes installing new circuit or tampering with, or extending, an existing electrical circuit. This work needs to be done by trained professionals only.
VISITOR PARKING:
In case you are not aware the Visitor Parking is for visitors only. Members are not allowed to park in visitors at any time nor are Long Term Guests. With the holiday season upon us please do not park your car(s) in visitors. Many members are expecting guests over the Holidays and there is limited visitor parking that should be left for any visitor to utilize them. If you have a visitor and they plan on spending the night please register your guest's vehicle by contacting the Parking Control Company at 416-231-9191, or you can also do this online at EZpermit.ca
